Reiki
Reiki is energy from the Universe. This energy retunes your frequency to be in harmony with the frequency of the Universe, so things flow easier. Think of a musical cord, each note in harmony with the others. Now think of a train whistle or car horn when the notes are not harmonious.
When you have disharmony in your life, it can lead to dis-ease and eventually disease! Regularly enjoying Reiki energy, either in person or remotely, will rebalance you physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually to give you peace in all ways.
What can I expect during a Reiki session?
A Reiki session retunes your energy and focuses on areas of need. This session includes opening and balancing your chakras for an additional layer of health and harmony. It can be performed in person or remotely on people and animals. If you would like extra time, it is available when you schedule.
You will relax and feel at ease. You may notice sensations in parts of your body; these are normal and are felt where I am focusing the Reiki Energy.
Does remote Reiki really work? Yes! We are all connected spiritually and energetically. During a distance Reiki session, I will channel universal life energy through myself and direct it to you using Reiki symbols.
Chakra Balancing
Chakras are energy centers within and around your body. It is very beneficial to keep your chakras in balance and working well. Blocked Chakras can lead to emotional and eventually physical issues in the area of the blockage.
When your Chakras are in balance, you feel more relaxed and able to deal with whatever comes along, you feel grounded and calm, and your body and spirit work more harmoniously. Keeping your Chakras open and spinning is one of the most important things you can do to stave off future problems.

Energy Connection
