Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Stand In The Light (the "Company" or "We"), we respect your opinion and your rights. We want you to be happy with the products and services obtained from us. Should you have an issue with any of our products or services, we would like to address them immediately. Please reach out to us to let us know what the problem is and work with us to find an equitable solution. Here are our policies:

Services

Services are defined as any items listed as "The Entity Doctor™ Services" on ComeStandInTheLight.com. If you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment, you may cancel or reschedule online at the link contained in your confirmation email. Do not reply to this email; it goes to the scheduling software and not to us.

If you become ill or have an emergency, contact us as soon as possible. These emergencies are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. They may be able to be rescheduled at no cost if contact is made before your scheduled appointment. We do not guarantee that we will reschedule your appointment, but we will do our best.

Should you need to cancel your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled time for a full refund, less credit card fees charged by the merchant processor.

Appointments canceled less than 24 hours before your scheduled time, and no shows, will be charged full price. This includes emergency appointments scheduled and canceled in less than 24 hours.

No refunds will be given after services have been rendered. If you are still having issues, contact us. There may be something that was only detectable once your initial service has been completed.

Chargebacks will not be tolerated. If you attempt to charge back the fee for your service, will result in a charge to you for any bank fees, chargeback fees, or penalties imposed upon us by the bank or merchant processor.

Products

Products are defined as items listed in "Crystal Shop" on ComeStandInTheLight.com. If you have an issue with a product purchased from us, please contact us as soon as possible. No refunds will be given for virtual downloaded products.

Should you need to return a product, you may do so within 30 days of in-person purchase or shipping date. You must obtain prior authorization from us before returning the product. Products returned without prior authorization will not be refunded.

Products in resaleable condition will be refunded, less credit card fees charged by the merchant processor. All shipping charges are your responsibility.

Products will be shipped insured to you; if any damage happens during shipping, we will open a claim with the shipper. Photos of packaging and product may be required to initiate the claim.

Products shipped to us must be fully insured.

We want you to be happy with our products and services, and we would like to work out anything you are not happy with. Please reach out to us should you find this to be necessary.
