Are You a Target for Negative Energy?
Have you ever wondered why some people seem to be more affected by negative energy than others?
Two people can walk into the same room, spend time with the same person, or experience the same situation, yet come away feeling completely different. One person may feel perfectly fine, while the other suddenly feels drained, anxious, irritated, heavy, or simply not like themselves.
Why the difference?
In my work as The Entity Doctor™, I have found that people vary greatly in how sensitive they are to the energy around them. Some naturally notice subtle energetic changes, while others may not recognize them at all.
What Can Make You More Sensitive to Negative Energy?
Your energetic state is not necessarily the same from one day to the next. Stress, difficult emotions, challenging environments, and the people around you may all affect how you feel.
You may notice a sudden change in your mood or energy without an obvious explanation. Perhaps you were having a wonderful day, then walked into a particular place and suddenly felt uncomfortable. Maybe you spent time with someone and left feeling exhausted, angry, or emotionally heavy.
When something changes suddenly, I encourage people to become curious.
Ask yourself: What changed?
Where were you? Who were you with? When did you first notice the shift? Did you feel different before entering that environment or interacting with that person?
Recognizing contrast can help you become more aware of your own energetic baseline.
Does Being Spiritually Sensitive Make You a Target?
Being sensitive to energy doesn't automatically mean something negative is happening to you. It may simply mean that you notice energetic changes more readily than someone else.
However, if you are exploring spirituality, doing energy work, or becoming increasingly aware of subtle energies, discernment becomes especially important.
Not everything you feel is necessarily yours, but not every uncomfortable feeling has a spiritual cause either. Physical health, stress, emotions, relationships, and your environment can all influence how you feel.
The goal is not to become afraid of negative energy. The goal is to become more aware.
Pay Attention Without Living in Fear
Fear can make spiritual discernment much more difficult.
Instead of constantly asking, “Is something negative around me?” begin by noticing what is normal for you.
How do you normally feel when you wake up? How does your home usually feel? How do you feel around certain people or in particular places?
When you understand your normal baseline, changes become easier to recognize.
Your sensitivity can become information rather than something to fear.
Awareness Is the First Step
If you suddenly feel different, don't immediately assume the worst. Stop and notice what has changed.
Learning to recognize your own energy, emotional patterns, and reactions can help you distinguish between something happening within you and something you perceive as coming from your surroundings.
The more familiar you become with yourself, the easier it may be to recognize when something feels different.
Are you a target for negative energy?
Perhaps a better question is: How well do you recognize when your energy changes?
